Quick & Easy Yeast Free Bread

Can you resist the smell of freshly baked homemade bread? I for sure can't . Here is a bulletproof recipe that is impossible to mess up. Let's make it healthy, simple and nutritious. To the basic recipe you can add a variety of seeds herbal powders to make it even more interesting. Let's get to it. :)




Recipe:


Dry:

200 grams semi-white flour (typ-850)

100 grams pumpkin seed flour

150 grams millet flour

2 Tbsp baking soda (aluminium free)

1 Tbsp Himalayan salt

1 Tbsp Matcha (optional)

5-6 Tbsp seeds (optional: sesame, sunflower...)


Wet:

200 ml Oat milk (Optional- you can use soy, rice, almond...)

250 ml sparkling mineral water (or Beer)


Preaheat the owen on 200 °C .Combine all of your dry ingredients together. Combine all of your wet ingredients together. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and gently stir to combine. Only stir until the flour is absorbed and then stop. Put some baking paper in the lid in which your going to bake your bread. I used a 23 x 13 cm pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Put the grid on lower in your owen and bake at 200 °C for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumb.

Remove from the oven and place the pan on a wire rack. Remove the bread from the baking pan and wrap it on one side with baking papper and all-around with a kitchen cloth. Let it cool off so it dosen't crumble when you slice it.


This kind of bread holds up to 5 days.
